Mamour Paris unmasks the Armadillo collection, an assemblage of futuristic shapes and forms of imperfect curved lines, made from wax sculptures with the use of the time-honored method of lost-wax casting.

When the 18th-century inspired art & architecture meets an armored creature, it develops a modern interpretation of a personal heirloom or a gem, which can never be forgotten. Rococo’s origins in rocaille convey – an art movement. The unique designer jewelry pieces reflect the movement of its rudimentary figures of the “C” and the “S” cascaded across the wearer’s body like modern sculptures. Jewels akin to the sea life represent the daring vernacular, which ebbs and flows with personal connections, and sculptural expressions meant to elevate both special occasions and ordinary days.

The jewelry collection: is an embodiment of a multitude of emotions, resilience, and protection, which is imagined as a metaphorical totem representation of the resilient shell of the animal armadillo. The collection’s woven rings, earrings, classic bracelets, and necklaces artistically play with the spiral ripple of the S-shaped or C-shaped form, which is encrusted with clusters of totemic stones, like baroque pearls, malachite, tourmaline, and onyx. From the crescent spiral of the earrings to the intertwined dance of necklaces inspired by the cockles, conches, and shells: They are bathed in 18ct recycled gold and pure recycled silver.
